NC TLC Enterprises will provide shipping at the FedEx rate to your zip code. Any special request will be the responsibility of the buyer. Normal shipping will be FedEx standard delivery. We are available for local delivery in a short radius around the office. Mooresville Area deliveries will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless otherwise agreed upon. We also offer scheduled item pickup at The November Room in Historic Downtown Elkin NC.
NC TLC Enterprises allows returns and exchanges for any non customized product. We provide a proof prior to creating your customized item. Once this proof is approved you are responsible for the item. If the item is damaged in shipping or you are not satisfied with the quality of our products created for you, we offer 100% refunds or exchanges within the first 7 days of purchase. If after the 7 day period we will work with you on a case by case situation.
